02/09/2026 I got a reply to my comment below. Suggesting I try the Lemon & Herb. So I came back. I ordered the 1/2 chicken, chips (fries), coleslaw, and 2 Coca-Cola Zeros just in case. The cook ask if I wished the chicken cut, my reply "no I will handle". The meal arrived and looked good. Half chicken intact, chips (fries) and coleslaw. I tried the chicken and it was nice. Tried the chips nice & crispy. Coleslaw good. I enjoyed the Lemon & Herb and its without Spicy Heat. So if your not into Spicy Heat Galito's has a solution with Lemon & Herb. 01/09/2026 Upon arriving I started reviewing the board menu, was handed a large menu, and then the 8 sided pamphlet menu. As an American I did not know what Jumbo Pap or Spicy Rice were. The gentlemen showed me and explained the Spicy Rice very Spicy! I explained I wanted No Heat, said mild okay. I ordered the Chicken Cheeseburger Meal MILD, the chips (french fries) and 440ml drink for R89 & the chicken livers MILD. The plate arrived and looked great. The livers looked good, smelled a little Spicy. The Chicken Cheese had lettuce and tomato. The only thing I recieved not spicy were the chips and my Coca-Cola Zero. I broke out sweating profusely. The chips good, the chicken cheese was good until the heat took off, and the livers added to the flame. I ordered a second Coca-Cola Zero, another plate of chips, and coleslaw attempting to extinguish the fire I was breathing in and out. The coleslaw, a roll with the remaining livers did slowdown the burn. I sat in the store about 25 minutes for the burn to subsided. If you like Spicy Heat you are in Luck Galito's is the place for you. If you want No Heat order the chips & Portuguese Roll, they were good and 5☆'s. I should have know since GaLITo's has lit in the name the Spicy game was own. The food looks appetizing, but it has HEAT so it's not for me.

I am very happy to have used the Galitos online portal to order. I received free delivery and I pre-ordered food that I will eat in the afternoon that is what I loved about them. Thanks a lot for the great service

The food wasn't as expected. Pap was not even well cooked. The place is clean though but lack hand soap. Slow a bit too.
