So we went to Galitos in Ogies, we were happy to be there but regretted after receiving a poor service from a manager who came to the till after 7 minutes. We asked her if she's the cashier to assist us and she said " do we want a cashier, then we will wait" she went back to where she came from and didn't assist us. We then asked the lady who was wearing a black that can we be helped she then helped us. It was disappointing to be given an attitude by a store manager, really now Galitos, can the lady be trained for a good customer service. We enjoyed our laduma meals but the service really was a 1 out of 5 due to poor treatment by a manager.
