Ordered my family meal via the Galito's app , they delivered an incomplete order. Called them to find out what's going on, was given rub arounds. Then decided to drive there ( which defeats the purpose of online ordering and the delivery option honestly). Arrived at the store and was assisted by the Manager. Very professional and friendly. Prepared my missing order and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Food was amazing, service was great, but can improve their telephonic service.
