About two weeks ago I wrote a review about my unpleasant experience and got a response almost immediately. I was invited to dine with them again as a token of apology. I finally visited their restaurant today. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. The staff members were so friendly and welcoming, especially Sphiwe/Simphiwe who assisted us. Their customer service is a straight 10/10. The food was so good, reminding me of the first time I had it. I really appreciate the effort put in to ensure that every customer experience is pleasant. A big thank you to Mr Brandon and the staff members for the follow up, and meeting our needs as customers.
