I have contemplated not writing this review, however for things to be corrected there must be transparency. On the 5th of April 2026 just after 4h30PM, we went to Galitos Swift to buy ice cream at the counter. There was no other customer at the counter so we approached to make the order. We were informed that the lady waiting next to the counter was waiting for the machine to prepare the ice cream. So we waited in line next to her, she was given her order and our turn came. When we now had to make our order it was as though the 2 Cashiers were unsure of whether to continue selling. I tried to find out what was happening and did not get a response from any of the two Cashiers. The cashier from drive-thru came in to clarify that they only needed to refill the ice cream. The two cashiers working the counter seems to be in disagreement on who had to do it. We waited there without any clarity on whether we would be assisted or not. I asked one of the cashiers on whether we had to wait and how long we would wait. She looked at me and walked away without responding. The only person who was willing to assist is the cashier working the drive-thru. We waited for some time without being assisted and eventually we left. It is very disheartening to receive such a service from the face of the service provider. We may not be the only ones that have experienced such a service. Which is why I'm leaving this review here, for this to be corrected. I have bought from the Drive-thru multiple times and have never experienced such disservice.
