Hi on the 15 October, I visited Galitos boksburg,I bought 3p&pap and chicken livers&pap but when I got home I was not happy with my food the chicken was so small like a baby chicken,livers worse the pap was too much. I ate piece and decided no let me call the restaurant and I spoke to the supervisor and told her I'm bringing the food back ,I want my refund but from the way she handled it, I ended up requesting for new food to be prepared for me no longer want a refund. I left the store happy from the supervisor professionalism she didn't make me feel like I was wrong for complaining. The chicken pieces I was happy I was happy with the size same as the livers. Thanks 😊

Good people, my favourite people very homely

The food we ordered had too much pap and not enough chicken on. Thus, it is a little hard on the stomach. If it had a balance of half pap halve chicken, it would have been better. The inside and outside were clean and free of debris. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Everyone has good service even the bosses are friendly 😊
